VOLCOM: Give Jeans a Chance
This year, Active is teaming up with Volcom’s ‘Give Jeans a Chance’ campaign, a part of the Volcom Give Back Series. In 2009 Volcom collected over 5,000 pairs of jeans to donate to over 50 homeless shelters across the country. This year, with your help, Volcom is hoping to collect upwards of 10,000 pairs.
Stop in to participating Skate Shop location (see below) August 1st thru September 30th and drop off a pair of any jeans in wearable condition into the donation bin* and get a FREE Volcom hat, pin, or sticker. Plus, you’ll be entered to win a year’s supply of Volcom Brand Jeans and a $1,000 Volcom Prize Pack. Visit wwww.volcom.com/givejeansachance for more details.

*All jeans donated will be distributed locally by the “National Coalition for the Homeless”.

Active stock video, and similarly, archive footage, library pictures, and file footage is film or video footage that can be used again in other films. Stock footage is beneficial to filmmakers as it saves shooting new material. A single piece of stock footage is called a "stock shot" or a "library shot". stock video Hawaii may have appeared in previous productions but may also be outtakes or footage shot for previous productions and not used. Examples of stock video that might be utilized are moving images of cities and landmarks.
