Give it UP!
We had a good ol’ time under the large Ferris Wheel at the Irvine Spectrum. This was the site of the Give event featuring Toms shoes and Krochet kids gear getting customized by radical artists and listen to some sweet sounds. Active played host, but it was a team effort from all of the involved parties, especially the Marketing gals at the Spectrum, Stacie and Janet.
Big shouts go to all the artist, volutneers, Digital Sound Production Services, Eddie @ Wahoo’s for the grub and the bands, including Dustin Kensrue, fomally of Thrice, who absolutely brought down the house. He played Springsteen!
Lastly, a massive thanks to all who came out to purchase Toms and Krochet Kids gear. You all help raise tons of money for future Toms shoegiving efforts in third world countries and put clothes on the needy in Africa through Krochet kids. Don’t miss the next one at the Riverside Active featuring amazing tattoo artist!!
